• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and external suppliers.

• Drive the integration of innovative automation technologies that enhance factory productivity and operational performance.

• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective progress tracking.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.





• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements, and relevant industry regulations.

• Continuously improve project delivery methodologies to increase the efficiency and scalability of automation initiatives.

• Monitor project KPIs and business value realization, including ROI of implemented solutions.
