Digital Associate

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support organization: marketing, sales, digital on the Digital Transformation Execution.
• Assure proper execution and support marketing, optimize digital campaigns and maximize brand KPI’s, as well as end to end digital activities, considering full funnel consumer journey.
• Support Brand Managers and digital team on project development directed to optimize digital campaigns and maximize brand KPI’s, end to end activities considering full funnel consumer journey.
• Support Brand Managers on development and execution of communication campaign. Coordinate with the Marketing Team and Media and Digital agencies the creation of materials across all digital channels.
• Responsible to coordinate among different agencies to flawless implementation of digital campaigns (creativity, content, media & buying) in time.
• Assure all assets are available on time coordinating among the agencies. Continuous monitoring of digital dashboards, key KPIs, identify findings and recommend optimizations to Brand Managers.




• Coordinate with agencies content development and prepare performance reports when it´s necessary.
• Coordinate and work with brand managers to ensure digital decks production. Check compliance requirements for all activations.
• Support organization on digital execution, response to business needs.
• Active participation in Digital Reviews Meetings, confirm timings, campaigns, assets and support the Brand Manager to adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking findings/insights.
• Support on end to end digital project management to ensure success.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar careers.
• Advanced English: writing, reading and oral.
• 1 year of experience in digital marketing and activations, ideally within consumer goods and over-the-counter (OTC) companies.
• Basic marketing understanding. Basic P&L; understanding.
