We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Marketing Operations Intern with a strong focus on finance and procurement processes. In this role, you will support budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations between marketing, finance, and procurement teams. You will also contribute to process automation that would help generate business insights that improve decision making.

This role is a great opportunity to understand how a large Marketing organization operates behind the scenes, gain exposure to different stakeholders and develop strong operational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting budget management and tracking, helping maintain accurate visibility of marketing spend, commitments, pending items and budget execution

• Managing key procurement and vendor processes, including purchase requests, POs, contracts and approval follow-ups.
