Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused LMS




Administrator to support and optimize our learning technology ecosystem. This
role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technical
troubleshooting, and client support, ensuring a seamless learning experience
for employees and stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of
contact for LMS-related support, manage service tickets, troubleshoot system
issues, maintain learning content and user records, and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the learning experience. This
