We are looking for a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is adecuado for a strategic, innovative, collaborative individual who understands how to manage Aeromexico Group’s recognition strategy, rituals, ceremonies, and key employee moments, ensuring the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of experiences that strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and employees’ sense of belonging. The role serves as a functional reference for employee experience design, establishing guidelines, standards, and governance mechanisms that ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.



It also requires coordinating the employee experience portfolio and roadmap, partnering with HRBPs, HR COEs, Internal
Communications, business areas, and strategic vendors; managing budgets and resources; measuring engagement, participation, and cultural impact through KPIs and insights; and identifying trends, best practices, methodologies, formats, and solutions that continuously enhance the relevance, sustainability, and impact of the employee experience model.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Specialization or diploma in Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, Organizational Communications, Change Management, or Organizational Development is preferred.

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Organizational Cultu
