Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream to determine opportunities for improvement. Creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques. Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream. Foster project management discipline, providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition and closure of projects. Responsible for executing Value Stream Capacity and HC planning as part of the SIOP process. Fosters a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma)



to deliver business results by acting as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department Collaborates with Continuous Improvement Manger to define and execute COE of Make strategic projects. Promotes and coordinates department EH&S; opportunities through Continuous Improvement methodologies as well as Poka-Yoke implementation. Collaborates with OPEX in the preparation and execution of Excellence Week. Participates in the annual Strategic Planning process to identify Operations initiatives and leas the development of the value streams plan. Streamlines processes and operations to allow for growth/expansion Ensures lean activities are linked to the business strategies and initiatives (Hoshin Kanri) by develop a transformation plan in collaboration with Operations Manager. Leads project progress meetings and communications for projects owned by this position. Completes post-project completions reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved.
