We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design and deliver production-grade web systems across frontend and backend services. You will lead cross-team technical direction, uphold quality standards, and help ship accessible, high-performance experiences.



Responsibilities Lead architecture and design decisions across frontend and backend systems Build and ship full-stack features using Type Script and React with strong state management practices Develop backend services and shared libraries using Kotlin/Java on the JVM or Type Script Design and integrate APIs using g RPC/protobuf and HTTP/REST patterns Model and evolve data storage in Dynamo DB and Postgre SQL to support product capabilities Ensure reliability and performance through caching, queues, and eventual-consistency trade-off decisions Operate effectively within AWS, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines Enforce high-quality standards through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing Guide accessible UI patterns and browser performance improvements Coordinate cross-team technical execution and unblock delivery risks Review code and provide clear technical feedback to raise team quality Requirements 5+ years full-stack web engineering experience shipping production systems Strong Type Script and modern React experience including state management and performance optimization Strong JVM backend experience with Kotli
