Key Responsibilities Be an active and commercially minded business partner to the LATAM Teams to continually identify strategic opportunities in intelligent risk‑taking. Impeccable business and risk management judgment and ethics. Serve as primary point of contact for all legal matters within assigned business unit or area. Negotiate, draft, and review an extensive range of contracts for assigned business unit or area. Review marketing collateral, pricing and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies. Counsel, advise and train on general corporate legal matters within assigned business unit or area.



Ensure compliance with contract management process and other company policies and procedures. Supervise, develop and mentor junior staff in legal department. Collaborate with global legal team to ensure consistency, efficiency and sharing of best practices. Conduct legal research and assist in other legal matters as and when needed. Confident team player and ability to develop relationships and networks at all levels. Enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic workplace. Positive attitude. Provide Compliance and privacy training. Collaborate with members of LATAM Legal Team to analyze and advise business on complex legal/compliance issues that arise out of its LATAM operations.
