Job Description Responsible for: Support Functional Leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.) Execute the portfolio/business planning process Manage and plan assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects Develop and maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing) Analyze execution of Functional initiatives versus the Functional Business plan Interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data and recommend solutions to unusual problems Manages budgets Execute the Functional competitive assessment process Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group Handle a variety of special assignments Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management Requirements Degree programs in Accounting, Administration, or Engineering

3-4 + years of experience

Coordination of executive schedules: Ability to organize and track the schedules of the Business Planner (BP) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), prioritizing meetings and commitments according to business needs.
Quick learner: Ability to quickly grasp new processes, tools, systems, and organizational dynamics.
Curiosity and ability to ask questions: Willingness to seek out information, ask timely questions, and validate understanding before moving forward.
