What you will do: Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM. Prepare for sessions through dry runs and alignment with the Customer Success and Program teams. Adapt already-prepared workshop materials, examples, and discussions to the insurance / insurance-brokerage context. Explain practical AI applications for operations, including process automation, workflow optimization, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making. Help participants identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve process visibility, and support better operational decisions. Provide real-world case studies and examples relevant to operations teams in insurance or insurance brokerage.



Support participants in applying the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects. Act as a subject-matter expert on the operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption. Requirements: Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry. Prior professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean / LATAM corporate clients. Strong understanding of operational workflows, back-office processes, or process improvement in a business context. Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to operational workflows. Experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals. Excellent communication skills in Spanish. Professional English. Comfortable delivering virtual, live instruction to corporate groups.
