The Senior Associate will assist the Program Director with day-to-day program management support. The Project Manager will use experience and project management skills to help plan,



monitor and achieve program objectives delivered through a number of interconnected projects and multi-disciplined integral teams.
Responsibilities Support project managers and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using project management tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, or similar. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in budget tracking, resource coordination, and project documentation activities.
