Assess data architecture, platform health, scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational readiness. Troubleshoot databases, data pipelines, integrations, data models, analytics solutions, and reporting platforms. Analyze query performance, logs, and data quality indicators to identify root causes and optimization opportunities. Develop prioritized remediation,



modernization, and performance improvement plans aligned with customer objectives.
