Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead Pepsi Co Mexico Foods' Digital Growth agenda through Mi Negocio, owning the commercial performance, value realization and strategic evolution of the digital B2 B channel.



Accountable for delivering the growth commitments embedded in the approved business case by orchestrating local and global capabilities across Commercial Operations, Analytics, Product, Technology and Customer Experience.
The role serves as the primary business owner of Mi Negocio in Mexico, translating market opportunities into scalable growth initiatives, influencing product and analytics roadmaps, defining strategic priorities, and ensuring successful adoption and monetization of digital capabilities. The position is responsible for driving incremental Gross Sales, Net Revenue growth, customer lifetime value expansion, and long-term digital channel sustainability while maintaining alignment with Mexico, LATAM and Global priorities.
