As our Social Media & PR powerhouse , you’ll take full ownership of how Reality Games shows up in the world — from general campaigns to day-to-day storytelling. You’ll shape our brand voice, ignite conversations across communities, and turn creative ideas into measurable impact. You will: Lead and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Linked In, You Tube, and beyond). Create high-performing, trend-driven content — videos, reels, posts, infographics,



and stories that build engagement and loyalty. Elevate the brand’s public presence , managing strategic relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners. Craft and deliver PR narratives that position Reality Games as an innovator in the global gaming space. Track performance and drive results through sharp KPI analysis, insights, and optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence. You are: A strategic storyteller with 3+ years of experience in social media and PR (gaming, tech, or entertainment preferred). A creative leader who knows how to translate ideas into share-worthy content and campaigns. Deeply connected to digital culture, social trends, and gaming communities .
