Job Overview Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.
Job Requirements Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on and overseeing the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line. Resolving complex issues on design, manufacturability and build sequences; ensures production environment standards are met. Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines.



Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability. What your background should look like Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field required. +5 years of manufacturing process experience with thorough understanding of extrusion in theory and practice required. Demonstrated ability to manage long term technical projects highly preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Wire Extrusion Cable Assembly (High Speed) Taping Electrical Tests Ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Experience with planning and conducting tests to validate equipment and processes. Experience in completing technical documentation
