Our growing Neurology Clinic is seeking experienced and highly organized Bilingual Virtual Schedulers to support our U. S.-based clinics. We are looking for professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in patient scheduling, healthcare coordination, case management, patient intake, and medical administration.
Candidates must have either an educational background in a medical or healthcare-related field or previous professional experience working in the healthcare industry. Experience in patient coordination, medical offices, or specialty clinics is highly desirable.
The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills,



and the ability to provide outstanding patient service while managing a high volume of appointments and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Coordinate patient care and maintain provider schedules.
Conduct patient intake and collect required documentation.
Assist patients with appointment-related questions and follow-ups.
Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and prescription requests as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinic staff.
Support case management and healthcare administrative processes.
Ensure a positive patient experience through professional and compassionate communication.
Handle sensitive patient information in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
