Agentic AI Engineer at Baires Dev As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and develop advanced multi-step agentic systems to solve complex operational challenges. You will act as a link between generative AI models and functional tools, creating autonomous agents capable of orchestration, coordination, and executing long-running workflows.
What You'll Do Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like Lang Graph, Crew AI, or Auto Gen.



Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real-world impact. Architect complex workflows that enable agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution. Optimize agent performance by leveraging a deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering. Implement robust observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior, decision-making, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business processes through agentic AI solutions.
