Oversee financial performance, including budget management, cost control, and P&L; accountability. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and terminal performance. Drive continuous improvement projects and support business growth initiatives. Lead and develop operational teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and succession planning.
