This focus ensures the alignment of R&D; investments with corporate strategy, enhances the efficiency and reliability of planning processes, and leverages data to drive insights and decision-making. Given the focus on portfolio steering and executive-level reporting,



the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in R&D; portfolio management, corporate strategy, or controlling.
Key requirements include advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, experience creating compelling narratives for senior leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a global environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact R&D; Portfolio & Budget Management Drive the integral R&D; budget cycle, ensuring the Executive Board receives transparent, scenario-ready decision documents based on strategy and data quality. Steer the R&D; portfolio against corporate strategy by identifying opportunities to accelerate, rebalance, or reduce investments, and prepare clear storylines for executive-level decisions.
