WHAT IS YOUR ROLE? As a Service Now Business Analyst at Corning, you will be at the center of our enterprise digital transformation driving the adoption, optimization, and governance of our general Service Now platform. You will work directly with business stakeholders and cross functional IT teams to translate complex enterprise needs into scalable Service Now solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high impact role within our Digital & IT organization, offering broad exposure to world-class platform environments across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, and beyond.
Responsabilities Partner with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and validate enterprise requirements, ensuring solutions meet quality standards, align with governance best practices, and drive continuous platform improvement. Lead quality assurance and validation of platform enhancements, ensuring all changes are tested, documented,



and deliver the intended business outcomes before deployment. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including process maps, solution designs, and user guides to support platform adoption, knowledge transfer, and operational continuity. Coordinate and collaborate across cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex Service Now projects and transformation initiatives. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE? Minimum 3-5 years of proven, hands-on Service Now experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated delivery of complex, larg scale implementations. Advanced working knowledge of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, and/or App Engine Studio.
