Role Summary And Impact As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC),



you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence who will: Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, leading reporting deliverables and supporting marketing efficiency through reliable data management and analytics. Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests. Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to present data clearly and accurately. Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data hygiene, quality control, and validation.
