Job Description We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Juárez, Mexico. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standards Conduct comprehensive process analysis using advanced methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless process execution and continuous enhancement Apply problem-solving techniques (8 D, Fishbone, 5 Why, 6 Sigma/Shainin)



to investigate root causes and develop sustainable solutions for manufacturing challenges Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices and regulatory requirements Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and support goal achievement Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational performance Coordinate with equipment vendors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime Support new product launches by developing manufacturing strategies, production plans, and resource requirements aligned with customer specifications Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and build collabor
