Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our expanding team. The adecuado candidate will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent in the market, supporting our Talent Managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field. 3-5 Years of Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, talent acquisition for Maquiladora Industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies, including social media networking and databases, to build a pool of qualifiable candidates for Hiring Managers. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented. You will be responsible for the following Collaboration & support: Providing ongoing support to Talent Managers and partners by assisting with recruitment tasks, candidate communication, and process optimization.
