AGOL Worldwide is looking for a leader to build and run our Time Critical division and Air Cargo Mexico.
This is not a supervisor role. You will own a business unit: P&L;, customers, carriers and team. Your job is to turn a fast-moving expedite operation into a structured, profitable division, and to launch AGOL's own air cargo product in Mexico.
What you'll own Time Critical: next-flight-out, on-board courier and emergency door-to-door moves for automotive and industrial OEMs on integral lanes Shipper platforms and key accounts, including spot-bid portals and recurring expedite programs Air Cargo Mexico: launch AGOL's Mexico IATA operation, sign direct airline agreements and build core lanes into and out of Mexico Division P&L;, pricing discipline and margin control A bilingual team working across time zones: structure, hiring,



SOPs and performance What you bring 7+ years in air freight, expedite or time-critical logistics, with 3+ years leading teams Hands-on NFO and OBC experience, with an agent network in Europe, Asia and Mexico A track record of owning revenue and gross profit, not just volume Working knowledge of Mexico and US customs, IATA, dangerous goods rules and Incoterms Fluent Spanish and English Bonus: automotive OEM expedite, IATA agency setup or direct airline contracts in Mexico Why AGOL Build a division and a new air product, with direct access to leadership Real ownership: your decisions show up in the P&L; Competitive base salary, performance bonus and benefits above legal minimums
