Reality Games is seeking a talented 3 D Generalist to join our Product department

As a 3 D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3 D assets and animations that bring our virtual world to life.

Collaborate with the art and design teams to develop visually stunning environments and characters

Create and implement 3 D models, textures, and animations for in-game assets

Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in 3 D design and animation

Work in a one-of-a-kind office, located within a beautifully restored historic railway station in the heart of Krakow’s charming old town. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city’s cultural and historical center while collaborating with a passionate and supportive team, Monday through Friday.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the iconic railway station building in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3 D city maps, environments, and characters.

Create dynamic 3 D animations and cinematic motion design.

Optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring peak performance.





Collaborate with the creative team to deliver a world-class gaming experience.

Proven experience as a 3 D Generalist in the gaming or entertainment industry.

Strong skills in 3 D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).

Solid knowledge of 3 D animation principles and experience in creating dynamic animations and motion graphics.

Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and smooth gameplay.

Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and contribute to the overall vision.

A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive environments.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

A portfolio showcasing your 3 D modeling, animation, and design work, particularly in gaming.

Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is a plus.

Knowledge of geolocation-based games and previous experience in similar projects is a bonus.
