As we expand our global commercial network, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Mexico to lead channel development, distributor partnerships, and market entry activities for Mexico and selected LATAM markets.
2. Location： Mexico City preferred. Other major cities in Mexico may be considered.
Remote-based role with frequent business travel.

4. Key Responsibilities 1）Develop and execute the market entry and business development strategy for Mexico and selected LATAM markets. 2）Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified distributors, channel partners, laboratories, and strategic accounts in the IVD and molecular diagnostics sector. 3）Build relationships with hospitals, reference laboratories,



private lab chains, public health institutions, KOLs, and procurement stakeholders. 4）Support local regulatory and market access activities, including distributor registration capability assessment and COFEPRIS-related coordination. 5）Develop competitive intelligence on Roche, Abbott, Qiagen, Cepheid, Hologic, Thermo Fisher, bio Mérieux, and other relevant diagnostic companies. 6）Drive pilot projects, product evaluations, early adopter accounts, and reference customer development. 7）Manage distributor performance, sales funnel, forecast, pricing discussions, and commercial opportunity tracking. 8）Represent the company at local conferences, customer meetings, distributor negotiations, and industry events. 9）Provide regular market insights, customer feedback, competitor updates, and business reports to headquarters. 5.
