We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr IT Analyst (VDI) to support and enhance our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure across a general enterprise. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) , strong automation capabilities using Power Shell and Python , with version control and collaboration via Git Hub . Experience with VMware Horizon will be desirable. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Design, deploy, and manage scalable AVD environments in Azure. Implement and maintain user access controls, security policies, and profile management using FSLogix. Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AVD workloads. Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell and Python for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting. Utilize Git Hub for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline integration. Build dashboards and alerts for VDI health and performance using tools like Azure Monitor or third-party solutions. VMware Horizon: Administer and support VMware Horizon infrastructure including connection servers,



Unified Access Gateways (UAGs), and desktop pools. Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues across Windows virtual desktops. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and resilience. Operations & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for VDI-related incidents and service requests. Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed. MUST HAVE Advanced knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture and operations. Proficiency in Power Shell and Python scripting. Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon administration. Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering English proficiency 5 years of experience WE VALUE Experience with Git Hub for source control and automation workflows.
