Work you'll do/Responsibilities Configure Epic Op Time workflows, including case scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation, and anesthesia records. Translate surgical and operating room workflows into Epic system functionality. Design configurations that support clinical safety, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, ICD-10, and audit-trail standards. Customize decision tables,



user roles, security settings, and operating room resource configurations. Partner with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to validate workflows and optimize system performance. Support testing, issue resolution, implementation, and end-user readiness for Op Time enhancements.
