Education and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. +5 years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with the Maquiladora System (IMMEX). Manufacturing experience is required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Knowledge of local and federal events. Working knowledge of business systems/ERP Demonstrated Competencies: Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, emphasizing innovative solutions. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Plant Manager, Plant leaders, and Americas Leadership Team for result explanation, process improvement, project management, efficiency identification, and complex analysis. Provide proactive consultation on complex financial and operational matters to departmental leaders, contributing to business decisions. Drive improvements in plant material usage, and scrap rates, and collaborate with the Supply Chain for optimized material costs and inventory levels. Manage direct and indirect labor reporting and assist in driving efficiencies. Assist in the management, reporting, and analysis of overhead accounts.
