Job Objective
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Sales Executive & Inside Sales Representative to support our America Sales Management team in the Mexican market. In this role, you will act as both the commercial representative and the operational bridge for our aerospace clients. You will manage the day-to-day administrative sales cycle (quotes, purchase orders, and reporting) while actively traveling to visit customers, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across Mexico.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, register, and follow up on commercial quotations (RFQs) in our ERP/CRM system. Process and register customer Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring that commercial agreements and technical conditions are accurate. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments to monitor lead times and keep customers proactively informed of their order status. Prepare monthly sales reports,



track key performance indicators (KPIs), and create executive Power Point presentations for business reviews.
2. Account Management & Customer Support Act as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries in Mexico, ensuring fast and high-quality service. Proactively follow up on customer needs to ensure overall satisfaction and compliance with commercial terms. Manage and coordinate customer requests regarding maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, or technical tooling inquiries.
3. Business Development & Client Visits Travel within Mexico to perform regular on-site visits with key customers (airlines, MROs, and military operators) to strengthen corporate relationships. Identify cross-selling or equipment upgrade opportunities during face-to-face meetings and account reviews. Conduct basic market research to identify new operators or prospects in the Mexican aviation sector.
