Description The Business Process Owner (BPO) Network is Inteva’s global framework for process governance, designed to ensure clear ownership, alignment, and accountability across business functions. Every major process, application, and master data set is assigned to a designated business function, represented by a BPO. The network fosters cross-functional collaboration, promotes general standardization, and drives continuous improvement through structured roles, documentation, and data-driven oversight.

Position Requirements Serve as the first point of contact for general questions about the BPO Network initiative. Maintain and update BPO Network governance records, ensuring all BPOs, Process and Application SMEs, MDRs, and WFOs are nominated properly. Conduct regular audits of BPO Network related Share Point content and data accuracy. Follow up with BPOs regarding assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure progress and compliance.



Support ongoing BPO Network communication and “marketing” efforts to the global user base (excluding major content creation or presentation). Collect, consolidate, and coordinate Executive KPI metrics each month from various stakeholders and sources. Manage update requests from BPOs to their Business Function structure (High level processes, Insight Library records, and linked Share Point content), including entering Change Request tickets and ensuring timely execution. Provide feedback to the BPO Network Lead on recurring challenges, engagement gaps, and what’s working well. Support other BPO Network related initiatives as needed, which could include but are not limited to: evaluation & analysis of annual BPO Network survey; contributions to BPO Network Success Story Idea gathering and article creation/input; creation of BPO Network documentation and training content; Follow-up security measures according to the area, activity and organizational structure.
