About the Role

Valmont is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order fulfillment process. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating order management, logistics, production scheduling, and delivery activities while maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
The adecuado candidate will be able to build strong customer relationships, proactively resolve issues, and work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer orders from receipt through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, delivery locations, and transportation requirements with customers and logistics providers.
• Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates,



risks, or potential delays to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipments, product quality, or missing materials.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and transportation management systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, including U.S.-based stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
