Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport in Renton, WA seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support efficient daily operations of the outlet in line with Hyatt's standards. You will help the Outlet Manager maintain service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
With 2–4 years in restaurant operations and at least 1 year in supervision, you will lead a team, manage priorities, and work versátil hours including evenings and weekends to meet guest needs.
