As a Senior Backend Developer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated backend services using Node.js. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and create high-performance, scalable backend solutions that address complex business challenges.

What You'll Do

Design and implement advanced, scalable backend architectures using Node.js and related technologies.

Lead technical design and architectural decisions for backend solutions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's backend development best practices.

Develop complex, high-performance Node.js applications with optimized performance and efficient data handling.





Implement advanced microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions.

Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high-quality backend development.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience with Node.js backend development.

Strong expertise in Node.js ecosystem and advanced backend architecture.

Proficiency in TypeScript, Express.js, and modern Node.js frameworks.

Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.

Advanced level of English.
