Test Engineer is directly responsible for the technical reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the assigned functional and/or vision test systems within the production area. The role ensures process stability, equipment availability,
compliance with Bosch standards, and full ownership of defined KPIs (Relative Utilization – NuRel, False Rejects, Downtime, IDC (Scrap), and On-Time Task Completion).
Knowledge on Bench Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high current power supplies, electronic loads, various measurement probes and oscilloscopes
Experience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space environments




High knowledge on IPC standards IPC-A-610
Knowledge on problem solving techniques-Shainin-6 Sigma-PDCA-8D.
Knowledge on SPC.
Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.
Statically analysis knowledge
Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams. In a integral environment
Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.
Willingness to Travel.
Engineering of Mechatronic, Electronic, Industrial or Systems, Metallurgic, Chemistry or Electromechanical.
