At Business Debt Adjusters BDA, we specialize in helping small business owners across the United States navigate financial challenges by providing business debt restructuring and settlement solutions.

We are expanding our sales team in Querétaro, Mexico, and looking for ambitious bilingual professionals who want to develop their sales skills, earn competitive commissions, and grow within an international organization.

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with U.S. business owners, identify their financial needs, introduce our services, and connect qualified prospects with our senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to small business owners throughout the United States using companyprovided leads.
Identify business owners experiencing financial challenges and evaluate their potential eligibility for our services.




Clearly explain the benefits of our business debt restructuring and settlement programs.
Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
Qualify prospects and coordinate consultations with senior sales representatives.
Assist with scheduling appointments and gathering required documentation.
Meet individual and team performance expectations.
Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Advanced or fluent English is REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of inside sales, outbound sales, or call center experience.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence speaking with U.S. business owners.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Selfmotivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
Experience in financial services, debt settlement, or business financing is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Bonuses

Paid Training
100 USD upon successful completion of training.

Sales Commissions
Commissions based on enrolled business debt.
Additional commissions for submitted deals.
Weekly commission payments.

Weekly TalkTime Bonuses




250 USD bonus for achieving 15 hours of talk time per week.
300 USD bonus for achieving 20 hours of talk time per week.

Additional Incentives
Monthly performance bonuses.
Opportunities for increased earnings through consistent results.

Estimated Monthly Earnings

18,000 23,000 MXN per month

Topperforming representatives have the opportunity to exceed this range through commissions and performance incentives.

Earnings are performancebased and not guaranteed. Commissions and bonuses become available following successful completion of paid training.
