We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The adecuado candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Conduct product/service presentations and explain benefits to clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.

Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

4-7 years of sales experience

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
