International Freight Forwarding Operations - Air

Pay Range: $20,000 to $23,000mxn

Shift: Monday - Friday

Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX

Summary: To independently manage and coordinate international freight forwarding operations across Air, Import, and Export shipments, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and efficient end-to-end shipment execution while contributing to process improvement, operational performance, and team collaboration within the Shared Service Center (SSC).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Air Import & Export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate operational execution.Coordinate bookings, transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, and milestone updates with carriers, agents, vendors, and customers.Review, prepare,



and validate shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements.Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status, delays, escalations, and operational solutions.Resolve operational issues, service failures, and documentation discrepancies with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.Ensure operational KPIs, productivity targets, service quality standards, and SOP compliance are consistently achieved.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recommending efficiencies, and contributing to operational excellence projects.Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Pricing, Finance, Customs, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in: International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or International TradeKnowledge of CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systemsMust be able to read, write and speak English fluently (intermediate to advanced)This role is for persons who have from 1 3 years of experience: coordinating Air (Import-Export) shipments
