This senior leadership opportunity involves overseeing the property's Human Resources function and supporting its people strategy within a high-end hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with hotel leadership to support organizational objectives, employee engagement and effective HR operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility Lead the property's Human Resources function and people-related initiatives.
Support talent management, employee relations and organizational development.

Support the development and performance of the HR team.




Candidate Profile We are interested in connecting with established Human Resources leaders with experience in luxury hospitality and the ability to work effectively with senior hotel management.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing HR functions in a hospitality environment.
Ability to collaborate across departments and support organizational objectives.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
