Lead the development, industrialization, and optimization of metal products and manufacturing processes across steel drums, fiber drums, and IBC systems.

Drive process improvements in welding, sheet metal forming, seaming, flanging, expanding, and mechanical assembly operations.

Manage new product introduction and industrialization activities, from concept development and prototyping to serial production.

Support major capital investment projects, including equipment specification, supplier selection, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.

Conduct manufacturing process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve quality, productivity, and operational reliability.

Evaluate make-or-buy opportunities through technical and financial analysis, working closely with suppliers and procurement teams.

Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and general engineering teams to implement best practices and technical solutions.

Develop and qualify suppliers, manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production equipment to support business growth.

Provide technical leadership on the production floor, training operators and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with international teams and participate in general projects, benchmarking activities, and technical knowledge sharing.
