Key Responsibilities Coordinate service-related requests and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with clients and relevant service providers to confirm arrangements.
Assist with organizing hospitality services, activities, and customer requirements.
Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely responses.
Address routine service concerns and direct complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Maintain organized digital files, schedules, and client information.
Assist with gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.




Support administrative tasks and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional approach to customer service and problem-solving.
