Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- 1. Learn and apply SEL Values and Principles of Operation.
- 2. Learn the concepts of World Class Manufacturing, and consistently apply them to continually improve and simplify processes in your area.
- 3. Learn and perform daily materials and receiving tasks to achieve customer expectations for service and delivery by reading and following area documentation and operating mobile equipment.
- 4. Improve performance by learning from previous experience, others, accepting new assignments and by openly receiving regular feedback.
- 5. Work cooperatively within a team environment.
- 6. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area and equipment.
- 7. Model and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- 8. Understand. Create. Simplify.
- 9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to listen, comprehend,



and follow instructions
- Basic math, documentation, reading, writing and communication skills.
- Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate.
- Ability to frequently lift 40 pounds
- Adhere to SEL's tobacco-free policy
- Compliance with heightened periodic drug testing for operators of SEL vehicles
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous Materials/Receiving Experience
- Experience in forklift truck operation

Physical Requirements

- Ability to frequently lift 40 pounds
