Descripción

- Lead the finance operations in Mexico, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring the integrity of financial information in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial statements, corporate reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as manage internal and external audits.
- Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial best practices.
- Develop and lead the Finance team,



fostering a high-performance environment and continuous improvement mindset.
- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local, regional, and international stakeholders.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced conversational English (required).
- More than 8 years of progressive experience leading Finance and Accounting functions within international companies reporting under IFRS or US GAAP standards.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Experience collaborating with regional and international teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
