Headspace Health is seeking a remote Customer Success/Program Manager to deliver and scale the SMB service model for Headspace Core. You will roll out programs to client employees, partner with sales and product teams, and ensure smooth renewals while maintaining strong client relationships.
You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, document processes in Salesforce, and translate client needs into actionable roadmap priorities.
