Terrific is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Mexico City to own and scale the post-sale lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will define how customers experience Terrific post-sale and build playbooks, touchpoints, and lifecycle journeys that drive retention and expansion.

You will lead onboarding, activation, and adoption efforts to ensure customers reach value quickly, while proactively guiding them toward best practices.
