Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an AI/GPU Product Engineer to join the Server Product Engineering team in Monterrey. This role provides Level 3 engineering support for complex GPU and AI server issues, coordinating across general teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve incidents.

You will work closely with Product Engineering, Support, and Development to analyze logs, identify root causes, and deliver robust workarounds and permanent fixes.
