Cummins Latin America seeks a Payroll Tax/Compliance Manager to lead the US and Canada payroll tax function from San Luis Potosí, with a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will oversee tax reporting, audits, and complex issue resolution across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of leadership in payroll tax, strong communication in English and Spanish, and experience with ADP/SAP platforms. Relocation, if needed, and a dynamic general team environment are offered.
