We're looking for a talented Event Designer to join our creative team in Los Cabos.

This opportunity is for a designer who thinks beyond aesthetics—someone who understands how spaces influence experiences, how thoughtful storytelling shapes emotions, and how ambitious creative ideas become beautifully executed realities.

What You'll Do

- Create extraordinary concepts. Develop original creative directions, moodboards, spatial concepts, and visual narratives for luxury events and experiential environments.
- Design immersive spaces. Produce detailed layouts, 2D/3D visualizations, renders, and spatial compositions that balance aesthetic impact, functionality, and guest experience.
- Bring ideas to life. Curate premium furniture, textiles, floral elements, materials, and decorative details to create cohesive, elevated environments.
- Inspire clients. Present creative concepts through compelling visual storytelling, design presentations,



and consultative conversations with discerning clients.
- Own the creative process. Manage assigned design projects, creative deliverables, timelines, revisions, and design specifications throughout development.
- Connect creativity with execution. Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to ensure concepts are technically achievable and aligned with project budgets.
- See your vision realized. Participate in on-site design supervision, ensuring the final installation reflects the approved creative direction and our standards of excellence.
- Stay ahead of what's next. Explore emerging trends in luxury hospitality, interiors, fashion, experiential design, and creative production.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in luxury event design, interior design, experiential environments, or temporary architecture.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative conceptualization, spatial design, visual storytelling, and executed projects.
- Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience presenting creative proposals and working directly with premium or high-end clients.
- Strong understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, spatial planning,



and contemporary luxury design trends.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with technical feasibility, commercial objectives, and project deadlines.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English, with the confidence to communicate ideas and present proposals in both languages.
- Excellent attention to detail, project organization, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Previous experience overseeing on-site installations and availability for occasional travel are highly valued.
