- Ensure Safety, Hygiene, and Quality in assigned areas.
- Manage information systems and inventory.
- Follow up on Non-Conformities (Quality and Safety). Execute production plans according to planning guidelines—delivering orders on time, in the required quantity, with the expected quality and standard cost. Meet weekly production targets.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to solve problems.
- Supervise, train, and support direct production staff; coordinate their activities.
- Manage timekeeping and personnel control (including internal staff movements by area).
- Conduct process audits to prevent non-conformities and identify improvement opportunities in Safety, Quality, Process, and 5S.

- 10-year experience as a Production Supervisor
- Metalmechanic Processes Experince
- Able to work on 2nd SHIFT
- Six sigma (8D or similar)
- Familiarity with BOMS and blueprint interpretation
