Key purpose

Execute material planning and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials for production, supporting cost efficiency and optimal inventory levels.

Your Tasks

- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) of Components and Raw Materials
- Material follow-up and availablity of parts for producton
- Inventoryand Freight Optimization & Control
- Forecast Integration
- Production Planning Alignment
- Supplier Collaboration ( incl. managing crisis situations and cost recovery, escalation )
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Comply with internaland external regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles
- Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators.

Your Profile

- 2+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or production support roles
- Familiarity with material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory control processes




- Familiar with ERP / SAP system
- Understanding of lead times, safety stock, and order scheduling
- Experience with cross-functional cooperation with production and customer service teams
- Ability to support data analysis and reporting for planning accuracy
